What shipping methods do you use?
At Nostalgia Box, we use NZ Post's courier service to ship your orders. Our shipping costs start at $7 ($11 for rural addresses). Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions for our customers. For large items, a surcharge may apply. By default, we do not offer a 'signature required upon delivery' service, but you can request this for an additional fee.
How long will it take to get my package?
Our goal is to pack and dispatch your purchase within two business days. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a tracking number. NZ Post delivery timeframes are 1-3 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
International shipping may be available on request. Whether we can ship your item internationally will depend on the size and nature of the item(s), the country you are shipping to, and any applicable laws or taxes.
What payment methods are accepted?
We offer a range of payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. We also offer "buy now, pay later" options including Afterpay and Laybuy.
Do you offer any warranties on your products?
Yes, we offer a free 30-day guarantee on all of our products. You can review the details and exclusions on our "Policies" page. We also abide by our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986.
How does your condition policy work?
As our store specializes in retro products, a large proportion of our merchandise consists of previously used or refurbished items. Due to the volume of our stock, we are not able to photograph every individual item. We take specific photos of many of our more valuable boxed games or cards, but other products may use general stock photos. Our condition policy assists you to understand the degree of wear that your item may exhibit. It is important to note that all of our games and consoles are in working condition, and are covered by a 30-day guarantee.
