What shipping methods do you use?

We use NZ Post's courier service. Our shipping costs start at $8 ($12 for rural addresses). We offer free shipping for order over $200. We do not require signature on delivery, but you can contact us to request this.

How long will it take to get my package?

Our goal is to pack and dispatch your purchase within two business days. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a tracking number. NZ Post delivery timeframes are 1-3 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

International shipping may be available on request. Whether we can ship your item internationally will depend on the size and nature of the item(s), the country you are shipping to, and any applicable laws or taxes.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay, Apple Pay, PayPal and Afterpay.

Do you provide a warranty?

We offer a free 30-day guarantee on all of our products. You can review the details and exclusions on our "Policies" page. We also abide by our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986.

How does your condition policy work?

Since we can’t photograph every item individually, our condition policy explains the expected wear. All games and consoles are fully working, and high-value boxed games or cards are photographed individually.

Can I trade in my old games or consoles?
