At Nostalgia Box, we use NZ Post's courier service to ship your orders. Our goal is to pack and dispatch your purchase within two business days of receiving payment. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a tracking number.

Our shipping costs start at $7 ($11 for rural addresses). Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions for our customers. For larger items, a surcharge may apply. By default, we do not offer a 'signature required upon delivery' service, but you can request this for an additional fee.

Please note that we are an online store and do not offer physical collection. However, we can arrange delivery to international locations upon request.

In the unlikely event of a delay in dispatch, we'll notify you as soon as possible. If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at hello@nostalgiabox.co.nz, and we will work with NZ Post to resolve the issue. However, please keep in mind that Nostalgia Box is not liable for any delay, damage, or loss after dispatch.
